New Outlooks Board of Management

New Outlook is governed by a Board of Management who have the responsibility of agreeing the objectives and key policies of New Outlook. Board members are to act as custodian of New Outlook’s values and ensure that the resident’s voices are heard in the decision making process.

Board Members

Simon Wilson (Chairman)
Simon works extensively with national and local government on policy issues such as health and education. He also convenes a network of small businesses dedicated to creating positive benefit in their communities. Simon also has experience of being Chairman of other care and support organisations as well as being Chair of an international organisation.

Mary Woodcock
Mary is the Chair of the Finance, Audit and Development Committee and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has extensive financial experience at all levels.

Steve Elliott
Steve is the Chair of the Scrutiny Committee and Service User Forum. He has over twenty five years’ experience working in a variety of industry sectors able to deploy a wide range of skills including business planning, financial appraisal and budget management, proposal creation, marketing, new business development, contract and project management.

Ian Stuart
Ian has extensive experience in social housing and in particular housing management and development.

Jenny Gage
Jenny has considerable experience working at a senior level in voluntary and charitable sector and in particular working with organisations in the sight loss, learning disability and older people sector.

Gregg Reed
Gregg was a production engineer and supply planner for an international company and is now a property investor and coach.

Annie Dickson
Annie has extensive experience in local government social services as well as the social and supported housing sector at senior, strategic and operational management level.
