Sheltered Housing

New Outlook has Three sheltered housing schemes within Birmingham which are staffed 24 hours. Each scheme provides 25 one bedroom flats, let to elder people who have a visual impairment or sight loss. The accommodation and grounds have been purposefully designed to enable tenants to achieve and maintain independence within an enabling environment that supports and responds to their changing needs and wishes. The association works collaboratively with other agencies to provide services to support each individual, including occupational therapy, rehabilitation and care.
