Each individual resident is supported by a trained key worker and support worker who supports the individual and forges links on their behalf to develop a plan of care, aims and aspirations using a person centred approach and incorporating clear outcomes and goals.
New Oaks promotes and facilitates independence, meaning that residents are not simply recipients of a service but actively participate in the running of the home and are supported to make decisions and choices about their lives.
