What happens next?
Thank you for your feedback and for allowing us the opportunity to address your concerns. Your complaint will now be reviewed by our Senior Housing Officer and you will receive a reply within 10 days.
If we do not resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you can appeal to our Director of Operations. They will review our first response and check if there is anything further that we can do to resolve the matter.
If, after you have appealed, you are still not satisfied you can ask for the Housing Ombudsman to review your complaint.
