New Outlook were celebrating their 2022 Employee Award winners the other night, and well, just enjoying being all together again after quite some time and having some fun!
Once again, over 100 nominations were received from residents, tenants, family members and colleagues, for the annual Awards. The winners were announced at a special ‘Awards Ceremony’ at the Rowheath Pavilion in Bournville, Birmingham, and they were all presented with a personalised engraved plaque and retail gift vouchers by Chair – Matt Spencer and Director of Operations, Jonathan Greenwood (both pictured below).
Jonathan said “It was truly inspiring to hear about so many of our colleagues, who go the ‘extra mile’ to enrich the lives of our service users. Although we only recognise a few with an Award we recognise that our whole team do great things every single day and wanted to celebrate with them all! Thank you to everyone who came along and made it such a great night!”
