Supporting people with sight loss in Birmingham. There are over 27,000 adults who are registered blind or partially sighted living in the city, a figure which is set to double by 2050.
New Outlook has been providing services to visually impaired people for over 170 years. Starting out in 1846 as the Birmingham Royal Institute for the blind (BRIB), we became a standalone housing association in 1997.
Staff from New Outlook and Vision Homes are now working together in their new office.
