This register records interests declared by members of the Board which may give rise to, or may reasonably be perceived to give rise to, a conflict of interest in relation to their role.

Board members are required to declare interests on appointment, annually and whenever a new interest arises or an existing interest changes. Board members are also required to declare any relevant interest relating to a specific matter being considered by the Board.

The register is reviewed and updated regularly.
