STAIRs

At New Outlook Housing Association, we want our tenants to be able to easily find information about how we are governed, how we manage our homes, the services we provide and how we are performing.

STAIRs – Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements – is a new Government requirement designed to improve transparency and give social housing tenants greater access to information about how their landlord manages its social housing.
Our STAIRs Publication Scheme brings relevant information together in one place, making it easier for tenants to find and understand.

What information can I find?
Our STAIRs information is organised into seven areas. Please click on each one to find out more.’
